How do I send you my design?
After your purchase goes through, we contact you about your design ideas. You send us what you have, we shape it with you, and once the design is approved, your set goes into production.
How long does a custom set take?
About 9 weeks, shipping included, counted from your approved design. Every set is made to order, so plan ahead if you need it for a race or an event.
Can I return a custom set?
No. Each set is made to your design, so custom orders are final. Check your names, numbers and sizes before you confirm. If you’re unsure about size, use our Size Finder first.
What counts as one set?
One jersey and one pair of pants, in the cuts we offer right now. All prices are per set.
What is the difference between Crew and Team?
Both are for two or more riders in a team or a club, with one shared design and different names on the back. Crew is 10 sets at 190 USD per set. Team is 20 sets at 130 USD per set
Can I order just one set?
Yes. Solo is one set for 250 USD, made once, to your design.
How does the Season work?
The Season is for one rider. You get up to 3 sets for 500 USD, valid for 12 months from the day you buy it. All sets have to be ordered within the 12 month and can be different designs.
Can I add sponsor logos?
Yes, with proof of the sponsorship or the agreement. We can’t put third-party logos on a set without it.
Can I change my design after I order?
Yes, until you approve it. After your purchase we work out the design with you, and only once you approve it does production start.
